(mh-x-face-file, mh-show-use-xface-flag)
(mail-citation-hook): Quote URLs in docstrings and precede with `URL'.
The former will suppress checkdoc warnings, the latter will turn them
into hyperlinks in Emacs 22 (I just added the code to do that today).
(mh-scan-format-file): Checkdoc fix.
